Services available through A Chance To Grow include Personal Care Attendant (PCA) services to assist with daily care needs. PCA services are provided under the supervision of an RN Case Manager who may also provide skilled nursing visits when appropriate. When necessary, physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy services may also be provided.
