A Chance to Grow Home Based Services prides itself on helping children and families achieve positive outcomes

Many families need help to be able to care for their special needs child.  For this reason, A Chance to Grow offers Home Based Services, mainly throughout the eleven county metro area.

Services are provided to children with autism, traumatic brain injuries, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, mental retardation, and other developmental delays. Assistance is given to meet health and safety needs.

Families can choose Personal Care Attendant (PCA) services, PCA Choice, and In-Home Support services.
