The comprehensive screening includes testing in many areas for learning readiness.   This includes gross motor, balance, vestibular, laterality, right/left awareness, primitive reflexes, and phonetic and word sight recognition.

If Boost Up Plus is recommended for you child from the screening then,

1. A vision therapy screening, provided by ACTG optometric services, will be provided prior to the start date of the session as part of the program. If the developmental optometrist finds that this intervention would be beneficial for your child, vision services will be recommended for an additional cost.   A vision therapist will provide these therapy sessions during the Boost Up Plus session.

2. An EEG quick scan, provided by the neurotechnology department, will also be provided as part of the program.

At least 2 individual ½ hour sessions of EEG will be provided to each child per week of Boost Up Plus by the neurotechnology department.
