Each child care group is staffed with a Head Teacher, certified with a two or four year degree and experience in early childhood education. The Assistant Teachers and Child Care Assistants are also trained and experienced, to provide the highest quality of care for young children. Our attentive staff communicates closely with parents on a daily basis through daily information sheets for infant, toddlers, and preschoolers. These sheets will give information on how each child ate, slept, and special things he/she did that day.

All staff are required to participate in scheduled in-service training sessions throughout the year. They are trained and certified in infant/child CPR and First Aid. Staff members are encouraged to continually pursue their training and education to stay informed and better serve the needs of the children.
