At A Chance To Grow, the health and safety of our people is our number one priority. That's why all offers of employment are contingent on the candidate showing proof of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (currently one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine or two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine) to pass the pre-employment requirements. Individuals with medical issues or religious beliefs or practices that prevent them from getting the vaccine may request an exemption from the vaccine requirement.

Equal Employment Opportunity

This policy of Equal Employment Opportunity applies to all policies and procedures relating to recruitment and hiring, promotion, compensation, benefits, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, training and all other terms and conditions of employment.

In addition to federal law requirements, A Chance To Grow complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
