At A Chance to Grow, we understand the importance of hearing and vision and the impact it has on reaching your full potential for all children. Our experienced Pediatric Optometrists and Audiologists are available to come to your school and screen your students for vision and hearing impairments and make appropriate referrals.
We provide our screening services to schools, daycares and senior living communities. The facility will receive a completed screening form with feedback indicating whether or not the individual has passed the screening. If the individual does not pass or other concerns are noted, we will make recommendations for follow-up care.
