Pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) focuses on helping children develop the skills they need to grow into functional, independent adults. Physical disabilities, impairments, injuries or other issues can impact a child's ability to perform everyday tasks or progress through the stages of normal social or cognitive development.
Our therapists work together in a collaborative environment, featuring large and private therapy rooms with the newest therapy resources and intervention strategies. Trained in multiple-disciplines, our staff provide a wide range of services to create a developmentally-appropriate and comprehensive treatment plan for you or your loved one.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Occupational Therapy?
Pediatric Occupational Therapy focuses on helping children develop the skills they need to grow into functional, independent adults. Physical impairment, injuries and a host of other issues can hamper a child's ability to perform common tasks or progress normally through the stages of social or cognitive development. Our habilitative therapy is a type of treatment that seeks to help clients develop skills or functions that they were incapable of developing on their own. This type of treatment tends to be common for pediatric clients who haven't developed certain skills at an age-appropriate level.
How Does My Child Qualify?
Occupational Therapy is an insurance-based program. Following an evaluation and subsequent treatments, your insurance provider will be billed. Learn more about our In-Network Insurance Providers.
How Frequently does my child need therapy?
The frequency of treatment is essential to progress. Our therapists will work with you to determine the most appropriate schedule to achieve lasting progress.
How long does a session last?
A typical session can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

What our clients say about our services
"Carly's program is proving our hopes true. Her victories and accomplishments are frequent, ongoing and heart-moving. There were medical professionals who told us she was likely to plateau in her development--some said she would never crawl. After our first year doing a home-based neuro-physiological rehabilitation (NPR) program, Carly continues to astound and encourage her family as well as dozens of volunteers. ACTG gave us a structure around which we could develop Carly's therapies as well as our household and family routines." - Mother of Client Have our Occupational Therapy Services worked for you?
