Position type: Full Time

Starting Pay range: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour

Benefits: ACTG offers employer subsidized Medical, employer paid Life and AD&D, in addition to other benefits including 401(k), PTO, Holiday Pay, Dental, and Vision to employees who work 30 or more hours per week. ACTG also complies with ESST regulations. 

Location: ACTG is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Northeast Minneapolis close to public transit and freeways, downtown, retail, restaurants, and walking trails. 

Description of responsibilities: 

• Serve as a Registered Nurse (RN) overseeing Personal Care Assistant (PCA) services, ensuring care plans align with client needs and family input.
• Conduct supervisory visits to client homes across the greater Twin Cities area—and occasionally beyond—to monitor client well-being and PCA performance.
• Evaluate PCAs through direct observation and provide in-home training as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Develop and update training and resource materials for PCA staff and families.
• Supervise the completion of health-related tasks performed by PCAs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements—especially for clients requiring ventilator support.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure services remain within the RN's supervisory scope—not direct care delivery.
• Foster collaborative relationships with families, clients, case managers, and internal teams to support effective service delivery.
• Ability to flex schedule for visits in late afternoons, early evenings, and/or occasional weekends to meet the needs of clients who may have school or other conflicts during the day. (Required)
• ​Ability to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle check upon offer
  

Experience: 

• Current MN Licensure as an RN. (Required)
• Current valid driver's license and auto insurance. (Required)
• Preferred experience working with both children and adults.
• Preferred experience with disability services, community-based care, or service coordination

Skills: 

• Detail oriented
• Highly organized
• Ability to execute critical thinking and analytical skills to confidently execute reasonable and sound decision making.
• Strong ability to foster long-term relationships with internal and external parties.
