PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Director of Development to create high-quality, innovative approaches to our marketing activities, development initiatives, and events.
·       Marketing
o   Design, produce and distribute newsletters, brochures, annual reports and other publications
o   Maintain and develop content for our website and social media
o   Work with Department leads to develop and implement marketing strategies
o   Make in-person calls to businesses or community groups that can use our services.
o   Design and maintain electronic forms used by clients in various departments
·       Development
o   Support initiatives of the Development Director on social, print, and electronic media
o   Participate in event planning/implementation
 
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have:
·       Four-year degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field, or similar                 work experience
·       Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the nonprofit industry
·       Strong written/oral communications, research, and proofreading skills
·       Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Weebly, JotForm, Constant Contact or similar apps
        Experience with Special Events

A Chance To Grow's Turnquist Child Enrichment Center is seeking a full-time Pre-K Teacher to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop his or her skills in the early childhood education field with opportunity for advancement. Turnquist Child Enrichment Center is a non-profit, 4-Star Parent Aware, Strong Beginnings, NAEYC Accredited Child Care Center in NE Minneapolis. 

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • Some occasional after school activities

Required Qualifications:
  • Passion for working with young children
  • At least 1 year experience working or volunteering as an Aide, Assistant Teacher, Teacher, or Paraprofessional in a daycare, school or early childhood center. 
  • Ability to plan and implement high quality, interactive lesson plans 
  • Ability to work well with others on the team

  • Experience with whole family care - exams for infants to adults, as well as developmental visual testing and preventative eye care

Occupational Therapist - School Based

A Chance To Grow is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our growing school-based team. We are hiring an OT for an immediate start to work in elementary charter schools in Elk River and Isanti areas. Both have established OT caseloads. This includes performing evaluations, consultations, and treatment sessions. All schools have direct model of intervention (push in or pull out is up to clinician), reasonable sized caseloads, and supportive administration.

Schedule:
  • .75 FTE (9 month school year with summer opportunities if wanted) 
  • Monday - Friday; Hours vary depending on school day hours

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited program – New grads welcome! 
  • COTA’s welcome
  • Minnesota Department of Health Licensure or Temp license upon hire
  • Ability to adapt, mold, and create new and customized programing to meet each individual clients needs

Our Home-Based Services program seeks Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide direct support to meet the health and safety needs of special need individuals in the home and in the community. Early morning, afternoon, evening and weekend hours are often available.​

Qualified applicants must be 18 years or older and have experience working with special need individuals, a DHS background check, access to a reliable vehicle (car insurance if transporting is requested for open positions) and must complete DHS PCA certification test. We recommend applicants
