At school, an important part of your child’s S.M.A.R.T. course was the Slap Track. Your child’s teacher used it to review material, but you can use creeping as a movement break.

S.M.A.R.T. Newsletter - Mar. '20 That's One S.M.A.R.T. Teacher

All teachers know transitions can be terribly troublesome. One S.M.A.R.T. Teacher, Nicole at Prairie Ridge in Eau Claire, has turned tricky transitions into smooth segues by using S.M.A.R.T. Switch-a-roos!

Nicole learned there are a number of activities that can be used as transitions, yet when the time came to change from one activity to the next she would draw a blank on just which ones to use.
Picture
So, she created a card containing clever options and attached it to her school lanyard. With a set of S.M.A.R.T. Switch-a-roos within reach, Nicole is able to tackle transitions without trouble AND her students benefit from the added stimulation her creative card carries. She has kindly shared her creation with you! Find the download here.
