Time Saving Tips

Making Learning Ladders can be time-consuming if you want to add pictures or like things to be uniform. Our Learning Ladder Time Saving Tip is to use Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.

​For a paper-sized slide in Microsoft PowerPoint:

1. Click on the Design tab.
2. Click on Slide Size. 
3. Type in the width and height.
   1. To print portrait: Width 11”, Height 8.5”
   2. To print landscape: Width 8.5”, Height 11”

or

1. Click File
2. Click Page Setup
3. Type in the width and height.
   1. To print portrait: Width 11”, Height 8.5”
   2. To print landscape: Width 8.5”, Height 11”

For a paper-sized slide in Google Slides:

1. Click File
2. Click Page Setup
3. Select Custom on the drop-down menu
4. Type in the width and height.
   1. To print portrait: 11 x 8.5 inches
   2. To print landscape: 8.5 x 11 inches
5. Click Apply

​You can apply these same steps to make Creep Track or Slap Track cards!
